Founded in 1995 in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, by an American named Tony Neuman, the Touch Line Institut has trained over 12 000 practitioners across 13 countries!
Tony Neuman, author of the book: “Chair Massage – the traditional japanese art of accupression: Amma“, (editions Jouvence, re-edited yearly since 1998 and translated in 6 langugages) has committed his professional career to offering the highest level of seated massage technical training, marketing and support to his network of students!
Tony’ mission is render professional massage accessible to everyone: psychologically, financially and temporally!
There are many obstacles that prevent the majority of people from receiving a professional full body massage: “It’s too expensive!”, “I don’t like to get undressed in front of strangers…”, “I just don’t have 1 hour of free time for myself each week between my private and professional lives…!”
The Touch Line Chair Massage is a highly studied, refined and tested 15 minutes accupressure sequence that take place in the clients office, or other accessible location, through the clothing, in the time of a 15 minute coffee break, paid for often by the boss!
Since the advent of Chair Massage, Touch Line has provided hundreds of thousands of massages to people all over the world, and surmounted the traditional obstacles to touch! Tony’s goal is also to provide meaningful work to massage practitioners.
